WITH LITTLE EXPERIENCE IN GRAPHIC DESIGN OR THEIR PROGRAMS, THIS WAS AN EXCITING CHALLENGE AS I LEARNED HOW TO MAKE PRINT-READY FILES AND MEET WITH VENDORS ON EXECUTING THE BRAND VISION WITH THE APPROPRIATE MATERIALS.
THE HYBRID COLLECTION WAS A CURATED COLLECTION ENGINEERED IN JAPAN TO ENHANCE FUNCTION AND PERFORMANCE. WHEN LAUNCHED IN THE UNITED STATES THE COLLECTION WAS ON A SPECIALIZED FOCUS UNIT IN THE FRONT OF EACH TOP TIER STORE WITH A GRAPHIC VINYL ON THE FLOOR, HANG TAGS TO EXPLAIN THE COLLECTION AND A SIMPLE BACKDROP.

OAKLEY’S OLYMPIC COLLECTION WAS DISPLAYED IN FLAGSHIP STORES AND 3 POP-UP STORES IN BRAZIL FOR THE 2016 OLYMPICS. UTILIZING THE GREEN COLOR FROM THE COLLECTION WE BROUGHT THE COLOR INTO MANY DESIGN ELEMENTS SUCH AS PEDESTALS AND COLORED PLEXI TO DISPLAY THE EXCLUSIVE EYEWEAR COLLECTION ON TO GREEN LED LIGHTS TO HIGHLIGHT THE AREA WHERE THE COLLECTION WOULD BE HOUSED IN STORE.
PERSON SHAPES IS A LOCAL SURFBOARD SHAPING COMPANY THAT SPECIALIZES IN CUSTOM BOARDS. I DESIGNED THE MAIN LOGO AND OTHER SMALLER LOGOS TO BE USED AS A STAPLE ON EACH BOARD, FOR BRANDING ON THE WEBSITE, T-SHIRT DESIGN AND OTHER LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS.
THE MINDFUL MATS IS A CALIFORNIA BASED YOGA MAT COMPANY THAT SELLS YOGA MATS WITH ORIGINAL ART DIGITALLY PRINTED ON COMPLETELY RECYCLABLE MATERIAL. WHEN THE MINDFUL MATS WAS LAUNCHING I WAS ASKED TO DESIGN A SINGULAR HUMAN FIGURE THAT WOULD EMBODY STRENGTH, PEACE AND A SENSE OF UNITY. THIS SIMPLISTIC DESIGN IS NOW USED AS THE BEDROCK OF THEIR BRANDING.
TRAIN INSANE GYM IS A LOCAL TRAINING FACILITY FIT FOR ALL. IN COLLABORATION WITH THE OWNER AND STAFF I HAVE CREATED POSTERS AND T-SHIRT DESIGNS FOR THEIR GYM AND IN HOUSE COMPETITIONS.
